A BACHELOR'S ADVICE
COOKING IN THE
This 11-page spiral-bound cookbook was written and typed by Roy Perry for a close friend of his, with the following caption on the front page: "These recipes were chosen at random for the benefit and instruction of a young bride who was a good Swanson's Frozen Dinner Cook." Recipes include Shrimp Gumbo, Jambalaya, Gravy, Spoon Bread, Turnip Greens, Stuffed Pork Chops, Calf's Liver, Corned Beef, Blanquette of Lamb, Crepes Fourees, Ox Tongue, Onion Soup, and many more, with colorful (and often hilarious) instructions on preparation.
